It is only when we realize the purpose of Revelation from start to finish (and it’s not the End Times) that we can grasp the essence of and motivation behind the worship that is so prevalent in its visions of heaven and the restored earth. Worship is everywhere. But many today struggle to connect in worship. It’s either a duty they respectfully endure until the sermon, or the music becomes the sole focus and drive. In discovering the heart of Revelation, one discovers the heart of worship and the excited devotion to their First Love.
