In view of the blind man, whom Jesus had healed, being kicked out of the synagogue, Jesus speaks of His sovereign protection of His sheep as their Good Shepherd. The abundant life Jesus promises is intentionally filled with difficulties that He gently leads us through and that purposefully reveal His love. Can we keep following Him no matter the struggle?
